These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Kiss88 platform and constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Kiss88. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features. |
| "MYR" | Malaysian Ringgit — the primary currency of the Platform for Malaysian users. |
| "USDT / BTC" | Tether (USDT) and Bitcoin (BTC) — supported cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal options on the Platform. |
To register and maintain an active Account on Kiss88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
Kiss88 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21. Any Account found to have been registered by an underage individual will be immediately closed, and all associated funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited. If you are aware of an underage person using the Platform, please notify us immediately at [email protected].
Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the Kiss88 platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including circumventing bonus restrictions, obscuring identity, or evading account-level restrictions — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent suspension and fund forfeiture.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. Kiss88 relies on this information for account management, KYC verification, and responsible gambling monitoring. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
Kiss88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and as a mandatory condition before processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include (but are not limited to): Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or government-issued photo ID. Proof of address and payment method verification may also be required.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Kiss88 may place an Account on temporary withdrawal hold pending KYC review. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively after registration rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) tokens. You agree to: (a) use a strong, unique password; (b) enable 2FA where available; (c) not share your credentials with any third party; and (d) notify Kiss88 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account. Kiss88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
By accessing and using the Kiss88 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree:
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on Kiss88 are subject to specific wagering requirements and promotional terms, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The default wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Wagering requirements apply to the combined deposit and bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Games contribute differently to wagering completion: slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at reduced rates or not at all — refer to each promotion's specific contribution schedule.
The Kiss88 welcome bonus is available to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit. Each eligible player may claim the welcome bonus once only. The welcome bonus cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated. Minimum deposit thresholds apply — typically RM30 for standard entry-level promotions.
Kiss88 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, colluding with other players to complete wagering requirements, exploiting low-risk wagering strategies specifically to convert bonus funds, or any pattern of behaviour inconsistent with good-faith recreational play.
The Kiss88 Refer A Friend programme entitles qualifying Players to earn referral bonuses when they successfully introduce new players to the platform. Referred players must complete registration, KYC verification, and a qualifying first deposit. Referral bonuses are subject to standard wagering requirements. Self-referrals or referrals to accounts registered under the same household or IP address are not eligible.
Kiss88 supports a range of MYR-denominated payment methods, including DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT and BTC are also accepted. The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless stated otherwise for a specific payment channel.
Most MYR deposits via e-wallet and bank transfer are credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Kiss88 does not accept third-party deposits — the deposit method used must be registered in the name of the Account holder. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment instruments may be rejected and returned.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible (return-to-source policy). All withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
Kiss88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing withdrawals over certain threshold amounts, as required by its anti-money laundering obligations under international licensing requirements.
All player balances are maintained in MYR. Kiss88 does not charge platform-level transaction fees on standard MYR deposits or withdrawals. Cryptocurrency conversions may incur network fees charged by the relevant blockchain network, which are not controlled by Kiss88. Third-party payment processors may also apply their own service fees, for which Kiss88 is not responsible.
All bets and wagers placed on Kiss88 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, Bundesliga, UFC, and other covered markets) — are subject to the applicable game or sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be reversed or amended except where expressly permitted by the rules of the specific game or market. Kiss88 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances: (a) obvious pricing errors, (b) technical faults during game play, (c) events cancelled or suspended under applicable event rules, or (d) where Kiss88 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
In the case of sports betting, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned and not completed within the standard settlement timeframe as defined by Kiss88's sports rules, bets on that event will typically be voided and stakes returned. Full sport-specific settlement rules are available on the Platform.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game, market, and VIP tier. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface before a bet is placed. Kiss88 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time, including reducing limits for individual Accounts where irregular or potentially fraudulent betting patterns are detected.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Kiss88 platform and may result in account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all Account funds:
Kiss88 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity — including fraud and money laundering — to the appropriate authorities and to cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Suspected criminal activity will not be treated as a confidential matter.
All content, software, trademarks, logos, graphics, text, and other materials on the Kiss88 platform are the intellectual property of Kiss88 or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or exploit any content from the Kiss88 platform without prior written authorisation from Kiss88. Scraping, data mining, or systematic extraction of any Platform content — whether by automated or manual means — is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kiss88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, loss of data, service interruption, or third-party action.
Kiss88's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises, except in cases of proven wilful misconduct or gross negligence by Kiss88.
Kiss88 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from third-party interference at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect Platform availability. Kiss88 shall not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

Kiss88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) a material breach of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (c) inability to verify a Player's identity or eligibility; (d) receipt of a regulatory instruction or court order; or (e) an Account remaining dormant for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
Players may voluntarily close their Accounts at any time by submitting a closure request to Kiss88 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are forfeited upon Account closure.
In cases of Account termination resulting from a breach of these Terms, Kiss88 reserves the right to void all open bets, forfeit Bonus Funds, and — where evidence of fraud or criminal activity exists — withhold Player Balance pending investigation and any applicable legal proceedings.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kiss88 holds its international gaming licence. The Platform does not make any representation that its services are appropriate or lawful in all jurisdictions.
Any disputes between a Player and Kiss88 shall be resolved first through good-faith communication with Kiss88's customer support team. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within thirty (30) days of initial notification, both parties agree to pursue alternative dispute resolution procedures as directed by Kiss88's licensing authority prior to initiating formal legal proceedings.
Kiss88 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where an amendment materially affects Players' rights or obligations, Kiss88 will take reasonable steps to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Kiss88 platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
